Terms of Use.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. General

These Terms set out the rules for using the OKAY films website (the “Website”), operated by Adam Roszkowski, trading as Okay Films, [business or correspondence address], Poland (the “Operator”). They are the terms of service referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

2. Services

The Operator provides the following electronic services free of charge:

  • displaying information about OKAY films, its services and work;
  • playing films through the Vimeo player, after you consent to loading it;
  • the contact form, which prepares an e-mail message in your own e-mail program.

3. Conclusion and termination

The agreement for these services is concluded when you open the Website and ends when you leave it. No registration or account is needed.

4. Technical requirements

To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser, such as a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. JavaScript enables the interactive features; the content remains readable without it. Playing films requires a connection to Vimeo, and the contact form requires an e-mail program.

5. Rules of use

You may not provide unlawful content through the Website, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the Website, including films, stills, photos and texts, is protected by copyright. You may view it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction or distribution, requires the prior written consent of the Operator or the respective rights holder, except where the law allows it.

7. Risks

Using the internet involves risks such as malware or the interception of data in transit. The Operator protects the Website with technical measures, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

8. Complaints

Complaints about the Website can be sent to office@okayfilms.eu. Please describe the problem. The Operator will reply within 14 days.

9. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

The Operator may change these Terms for important reasons, such as changes in the law or in the Website’s features. Changes take effect when they are published on this page. These Terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing in them limits the rights consumers have under mandatory provisions of law, including the law of the country where they live.
